Terms of Service

By accessing or using TeeTraffic, you agree to these terms. If you are using TeeTraffic on behalf of a golf course or organization, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

TeeTraffic helps golf courses publish live walk-on status, estimated wait ranges, best-arrival windows, and staff messages on a public listing and an embeddable website widget. Courses can start with manual updates and add connected data sources where available.

Walk-on status, wait times, and best-arrival windows are estimates based on information that course staff enter and on TeeTraffic's status logic. They are guidance, not guarantees. Actual conditions at a course may differ, and TeeTraffic is not responsible for decisions made based on this guidance.

Course staff are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information they publish. You agree to use TeeTraffic lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on the cadence shown at signup. Fees, setup charges, and any applicable taxes are described on our pricing page or in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Any third-party tee-sheet or POS vendor fees for connected integrations are separate and not included unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

TeeTraffic relies on third-party providers (for example, Supabase for hosting and data, and Stripe for payments). Your use of those services through TeeTraffic may also be subject to their terms.

TeeTraffic and its software, branding, and content are owned by TeeTraffic. Content a course provides (such as its name, messages, and settings) remains the course's; you grant TeeTraffic the rights needed to display it as part of the service.

TeeTraffic is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeTraffic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on status guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.

You may stop using TeeTraffic at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above. Continued use of TeeTraffic after changes means you accept the updated terms.
