Information you provide: when you contact us or request a pilot, we collect details like your name, email, course or company name, and your message. When a course uses TeeTraffic, staff accounts include a name, email, and course details.

Payment information: subscriptions are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically: basic technical and usage data needed to run and secure the service. We use only essential cookies by default — no non-essential advertising trackers.

To provide and operate TeeTraffic, including publishing a course's live walk-on status.

To respond to inquiries, set up pilots, and provide support.

To process billing and manage subscriptions.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

We share information with service providers who help us run TeeTraffic — for example, our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and our payment processor (Stripe) — only as needed to deliver the service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

Walk-on status, wait ranges, best-arrival windows, and staff messages a course publishes through TeeTraffic are intended to be public. Do not include private or personal information in public staff messages.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can request deletion of your information at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Reach out through our contact page and we'll help.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TeeTraffic is intended for golf courses and their staff, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
