FAQ

Questions, Answered.

The things golf courses ask us most. Don't see yours? Just reach out.

Getting started

Do golfers need an app or account?

No. Your status is public — golfers just check it on your website or the TeeTraffic directory. No download, no login.

Do we have to replace our tee sheet or POS?

No. TeeTraffic sits alongside whatever you already use. It adds live walk-on status without changing your existing systems.

How fast can we launch?

Most courses are live in about a day. Manual Mode needs no integration — staff just start logging groups.

Do we need API or integration access?

Not to start. Manual Mode works on its own. You can add CSV import or an API/webhook later if your vendor supports it.

How it works

How do staff update the status?

Staff tap the group size — 1, 2, 3, 4, or custom — as walk-ons head out. TeeTraffic turns that into a live outlook automatically.

Where does our status show up?

On the public TeeTraffic course directory and in an embeddable widget you can drop onto your own website. Both stay in sync.

Are the wait times guaranteed?

No — they're honest estimates based on recent activity, not promises. We show a clear outlook and best-arrival window, never fake exact-minute or AI predictions.

What's the “best arrival window”?

The time we suggest is least busy for a walk-on — similar to checking popular times on Google before you head over.

Pricing & pilots

How much does it cost?

Plans are designed to be affordable for municipal and public courses. See the pricing page for current tiers.

Is there a long-term contract?

Pilots are month-to-month. The idea is to prove it works for your course first, then continue if it's a fit.

Can we try it for one season?

Yes. Pilot Manual Mode is built exactly for seasonal testing and early validation.
